Attorneys, advocates and parents of kids with special needs - learn how you can help!

Special Attorneys and Special Advocates

Special Attorneys and Advocates donating $999 a year to Drive4Rebecca will be featured on SpecialAttorneys.org and SpecialAdvocates.org for individuals seeking referrals in their local areas.

We also call upon parents of children with special needs to volunteer their time to other parents.  We had the help of one of these individuals who happened to be an attorney and he was amazing!

Parents of children with special needs and other individuals can volunteer to help families even if it only means being copied on email correspondence with the school district to let them know that someone else is watching them.

We will help fund a number of free initial consultations through Drive4Rebecca and will also help families raise money to help pay for these services.

For families that are not a good match in terms of their financial wherewithal to work with these paid advocates and attorneys, or in their ability to raise funds, we will ask members to refer them to local advocacy organizations like and share other online resources.

Donate now and you can even designate friends or family members to benefit 100% from your donation to help provide legal services so no child with special needs gets left behind!    More to come....

From The Violin

Renee Zamloot , Non-Attorney Education Advocate

“I had to tell her that Nick would be removed from her class because too much harm had been inflicted. He already believed himself to be a failure and his spirit had been completely crushed.

Nick’s spirit and violin were broken by the music teacher who wasn’t “attuned” to his needs.

Read the complete story about The Violin and keep checking back because mores stories are coming.

Served in the Hospital (not food)

A child needed a residential placement and his Mom had cancer. The case went to litigation.

The CrIEPs subpoenaed her while she was in the hospital for cancer treatment!

How can they possibly sleep at night?
